Artistic direction

Musical director

We're giving ourselves two or three years to hold artistic encounters with various guest conductors, in order to "reshuffle the deck" and explore new energies. At the end of this period, a consultation with the musicians will be launched to determine whether this approach is suitable, or whether we wish to retain one or more conductors.

Artistic project

Our orchestra is also distinguished by its penchant for atypical projects, where the arts intersect and enrich one another. The audience is sometimes led along forest trails, stimulating a less "classical" listening experience of classical music, for the enjoyment of all of us. The design of these projects is currently entrusted to committee members who have the desire and expertise, in close collaboration with guest conductors. These working groups are different for each program.

Target audience

We design all our programs for the widest possible audience, with the goal of democratizing classical music. We often work in collaboration, or at least for audiences who are distant (willingly, by fact, or by force) and children. The goal of these partnerships is for musicians and these audiences to create together, and for their encounter to build a shared musical and artistic gesture. These connections also anchor our presence in each of the territories visited, and allow all stakeholders (audiences, institutions, communities, musicians) to create lasting connections.
